Unfortunately, because of the nature of our yarn products, there are no returns accepted unless an order is incorrect. Other items, such as knitting needles, crochet hooks and other accessories, can be returned within 15 days of delivery, and if the item is in re-sellable condition, including the packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Full refunds will be made for returns, minus the amount paid to ship the original order.!

Canada Post has different rates to different locations, depending on size and weight of a package, and the distance it has to travel, and distance from a major center. Our Canada Post rates are based on their published prices.

Most yarns listed here are in stock, and we do our best to keep the information up to date. Each brand also has many, many other kinds and colours that we can order.
