Canada Post Strike – Temporary shipping policy changes

Hello, fellow Canadians! With the Canada Post strike continuing, and the Christmas rush creating backlogs for alternate shippers, we are forced to make this change to our policy.

When ordering, please indicate if you want to wait for your order until the strike is over (your shipping charge will be automatically generated using our Canada Post plugin on the website) OR if you want your order sooner, we will get prices from alternative shippers (ie UPS, Canpar) and any difference will be billed separately. If you choose to wait for the strike to end, then once we have picked and packaged your order, we ask that you do not cancel it; however if you want to change to an alternative shipping method, we can do that.

While we make every effort to keep our prices, including for shipping, as low as we can, there is nothing we can do about this situation, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in these unusual circumstances.
